Our proven program utilizes customized Mini-Bulk chemical storage tanks that are as small as 200 gallons (800 liters). Our Mini-Bulk tanks are located close to our customers' use point, thereby eliminating the need for employees to move and handle heavy drums and tote bins of hazardous materials.
The Mini-Bulk storage tanks are custom-fitted and provided to our customers at no additional cost. If adequate secondary containment does not exist, BCS can provide a secondary containment tank with the primary storage tank. In addition to providing our safe, unique Mini-Bulk storage system, BCS provides the logistics and equipment required to safely and efficiently deliver directly into these tanks. Where applicable, BCS has the capability of making chemical fills directly into our customers’ process vessels. In the event of either emergency deliveries or emergency chemical response, BCS is available to our customers 24-hours per day, 365 days per year.
All Mini-Bulk chemical deliveries are made with state-of-the-art delivery trucks that are engineered, owned, and operated by BCS. Every Mini-Bulk Delivery Specialist is a BCS employee and receives ongoing formal training by certified instructors. All Delivery Specialists are certified by regulatory agencies in each country of operation1.
